PCOS/PMOS Understanding the Basics

Hi, we're a team of women and healthcare innovators in Northeast Ohio working to change how clinics notice, support, and treat PCOS. Everything here is free.

A note on the name: As of May 2026,PCOS is renamed to PMOS (polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome). Both names refer to the same condition. The medical community is moving to the new name over the next three years; we use PCOS in this site because it is what most people recognize today.
